Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds

Free features and the trial

Core PnL display features are free. Eligible new users can try customization for 14 days after confirming an email address. No payment card is required, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. After the trial, customization locks unless you have paid or complimentary access. Free display features continue to work and saved styles stay in your Chrome profile.

Monthly subscription

Customization costs USD $2.99 per month. If you choose to subscribe, the first payment is due at checkout and the subscription renews monthly until canceled. Review the total and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Billing and email-based access are provided through ExtensionPay and Stripe. Access is enabled after payment is confirmed and associated with your email; contact support if it does not appear.

Canceling renewal

Open Account in the extension and select Manage subscription to cancel renewal through the billing portal. You retain customization until the displayed end of the paid period. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund. After access ends, saved styles remain in your Chrome profile and free features remain available. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription.

24-hour refund on your first payment

You may request a full refund of your first Custom PnL subscription payment within 24 hours of that payment. Send your request within that 24-hour window; we do not need to finish processing it within the window. Email support from your purchase email, or include that email and the payment date so we can locate the payment. Do not send your card number or password.

This voluntary refund offer applies only to your first subscription payment. Renewal payments and requests sent more than 24 hours after your first payment are excluded from this offer, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the time taken to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. If you also want to stop future payments, cancel renewal in Manage subscription or ask support to help. Refunding a payment may end the customization access associated with that payment. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

Billing questions or disputes

If you see an unexpected charge, an access problem, or an incorrect payment, contact support with the purchase email and payment date. We can investigate and help resolve billing errors. You retain your rights to contact your payment provider.

Privacy

In your browser

Custom PnL processes chart and order values locally to display labels. Preferences and saved presets stay in your Chrome profile; signing into a billing email does not transfer them. Login, access and trial records are also stored in Chrome. Some access and trial records may sync through Google, according to your Chrome settings.

Access and payments

ExtensionPay handles email verification, trials and access. Stripe handles payments and billing details on its hosted pages. We use account and billing records to provide access, limit repeat trials and resolve billing issues. Custom PnL does not collect card numbers or send chart values or presets to ExtensionPay.

Website and support

This website has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Preview styles stay in page memory until reload or closure. The website can detect the extension and request checkout, but does not receive your email, login credentials, payment details or saved settings. Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses, for hosting and security. Support emails are handled through Gmail to respond to you; Gmail and Chrome sync are covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices

Contact support to ask about or request deletion of your data. We retain records as needed to provide the service, handle support and disputes, and meet legal obligations. Provider-held records follow the providers’ policies. Removing local extension data does not cancel a subscription or delete provider-held records.

Terms of use

These terms describe the intended use of Custom PnL. By using the extension, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the terms of the platforms it operates with.

A display tool

Custom PnL changes how supported TradingView futures labels are displayed. It does not place trades, hold funds, provide brokerage services or make trading recommendations. PnL values are gross and exclude fees. Verify orders, risk and balances in your trading platform; do not rely solely on an overlay when making trading decisions.

Compatibility and availability

Support is limited to compatible TradingView futures chart and trading interfaces. TradingView updates or differences between trading connections can affect the extension. We may update the extension to address compatibility and errors. The extension is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service or accurate data from third-party systems. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Account access

Use an email inbox you control to start a trial or restore access. Keep confirmation links private. Complimentary access is available only when granted by the developer and may be withdrawn. Attempts to reset trials repeatedly or bypass payment restrictions are not permitted. Subscription and trial conditions are described in the billing section above.
